Yes. Community members and business owners can both create a free Bizbie account. Businesses upgrade to a paid profile to sell, receive recommendations and get in-app messages. When you buy something, a small service fee is added at checkout.

Right in the app. Add what you want to your cart, check out with a credit or debit card, and you're done. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

A service fee of 6% + $0.35 is added at checkout. You'll always see it before you pay. It keeps Bizbie free to browse and keeps costs low for the businesses you buy from.

At launch, orders are picked up from the business. Delivery and shipping options will come later, starting where they're needed most.

When a listing sells out, it's marked Sold Out straight away, so you never pay for something that isn't there.

Only people who bought it through Bizbie. Every recommendation is tied to a completed purchase from a verified account.

We ask one simple question instead: would you recommend this to a friend? Yes or no. It's tied to the exact item you bought, not the whole business, so one great product (or one off day) tells you exactly what it should.

Yes. After each purchase, you'll be asked whether you'd recommend what you bought. If not, Bizbie asks how the business could improve it, and your feedback goes straight to the owner. Sharing anything as a post is always up to you.

It means no one has bought that listing through Bizbie yet. It isn't a bad sign. Someone just has to be first.

Register as a Founding Business on this site, or talk to a BizRep in your community. Your BizRep verifies your identity and business documents, then you can start adding listings.

Creating your profile and listings is free. To sell through the app, upgrade to a paid profile. For Founding Businesses, the base profile is $10 a month. From there, you can add the features that suit your business.

One of the first 3,333 businesses to upgrade to a paid profile. Founding Businesses keep the $10 a month base rate for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel, your Founding Business spot and rate are gone for good.

No. Bizbie takes 0% of your sales. You pay a flat monthly fee, and your payouts go straight to your own Stripe account.

A BizRep is your Bizbie person in your community. They help businesses get set up, verify owners and their documents, and stay your go-to contact after launch. Every business on Bizbie has one.
